MEET THE TEAM
We are accredited by MLAS, the Midland Landlord Accreditation Scheme, are members of the NRLA, the National Residential Landlord Association and have been licensed under Birmingham City Council Houses in Multiple Occupation since 2004. All of the deposits are protected and registered with http://mydeposits.co.uk.
We currently have two houses in Selly Oak, on North Road and Heeley Road and aim to provide good quality accommodation within easy access of Birmingham University.
Both houses have been recently refurbished and have 6 en-suite rooms and kitchen living space. Safety is high on our agenda and both houses have the appropriate tests and certificates.
The doors have a suited locking system where your key unlocks your door and the front door but no one else’s door. There are security lights where needed and mains smoke detectors and emergency lighting and all doors leading to the escape routes are fire doors. We want our houses to be safe and comfortable and where we would be happy for our children to live.
